LIST OF FEES
All charges are inclusive of 20% VAT
The rent must be paid on or before the due date as according to the Tenancy Agreement.
- Holding fee of 1 weeks rent
- You must be at least 7 days late with paying your rent before a fee can be charged. Any interest charged must not be more than the Bank of England’s base rate plus 3% APR.
- £25.00 charge for any correspondence via post due to late payment of rent
- £45.00 for the 1st visit made by Landlord or an Agent of the Landlord due to late payment of rent
- £65.00 charge for any visit that is made thereafter
- £45.00 shall be charged for all bounced cheques, Direct debits and Standing orders
- Landlords and letting agents can charge a tenant a fee to cover the cost of replacing the lost key or security device (e.g. fob, electronic device for garage doors/ security gates).
- £30.00 Call out visit for access to property
LANDLORD FEES
Managed Properties
- 50% setup fee inclusive of VAT
- 10% – 12% monthly rent inclusive of VAT
Let Only
- 60% monthly rent inclusive of VAT
